As the intriguing series of Online Poker Qualification is pumping up for the European Masters Grand Finale Malta, there are Free Packages Worth EUR 2,500 alongside the event.

The ultimate part of the European Masters of Poker tour will see the five-city festival land in Vittoriosa, Malta from September 23rd to 26th where around 500 players will compete in the EUR1,500 + EUR150 buy-in main event. Another option for chopping is the custom model which is the final choice at the online poker site. The dealer can summon a pop-up box, in which he enters proposed split values. The split will not process until all players agree to the amounts assigned them.

If poker players get tired of trying to work out a compromise, a player can just hit a button canceling the deal mode and returning to the tournament. Full Tilt is sure to attract more tournament players with this new innovation, curing one of its major flaws in running events.

Another dedicated and now contented Poker Player Joe Cada makes money by taking second place in a $150-rebuy online tournament through Full-Tilt Poker on Sunday and winning $45,000. Cada, aged 21 and belonging to Shelby Township, also recently won a seat at the final table at the World Series of Poker Texas Hold-em Main Event which is going to he held in Las Vegas on Nov. 7th.

When asked about winning the poker tournament the blissful player stated “I planned on taking a little break from poker, but I always play on Sunday,” He went on “I had to play and just so happened to have won a little bit of money.”

On Cada’s arrival to his home town in Shelby Township from Las Vegas he was greeted with a massive gathering of friends and family who were there to celebrate the victory. The 57-event series of Poker Tournaments in the World Series Poker event lasted for four months during which Cada was residing in Las Vegas, where it was taking place.

He managed to corner $28,214 placing in two small events and won a large amount of $1,263,602 for making the final table at the Main Event. The famous “November Nine” are said to be playing for a first-place prize of $8,546,435 making the event even more appealing.

On coming back to Michigan Cada exclaimed “My phone has been ringing off the hook — mostly with numbers I don’t even recognize,”.

Cada stated that he will continue to play online every Sunday and is listed to play in a couple large poker tournaments before the Main Event final table in November. He also plans on playing at the Legends of Poker at the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, Calif., on Aug. 22-26 as part of the World Poker Tour, and will play in an another event in Barcelona, Spain, in September.

An amateur player beat a Vegas star to capture the 2009 Canadian Open Poker Championship at the Stampede Casino, Calgary with the championship coming down to a battle between a tournament-tested eminent and an online poker enthusiast.

David had slain Goliath, after the chips fell the last time on Sunday. Benjamin LaBlond, 22, of Hull, Quebec, whose only real experience is playing poker online, took home $100,000 in tax-free cash after beating Jeff Madsen, the runner up, who is a World Series of Poker bracelet winner from Santa Barbara.

The major turning point for the event was their best-of-three heads-up match in which LaBlond secured the second and third games on Sunday evening.

LaBlond expressed, “The tourney has really boosted up my spirits and given much confidence as competing against real players is very different from playing online.”

However, success for LaBlond did not come out of the blue. He had been battling fiercely with poker champions Brad Booth and Phil Helmuth all along the weekend. He shared that as the entry fee for the World Series of Poker contest was $10,000; he had saved his winnings for that.

“It’s all about how you invest again in the trade,” he stated smilingly.

Jeff Madsen, his antagonist, is the youngest ever champion of a World Series of Poker bracelet. He was very affable in annihilation, though the $50,000 runner-up prize helped. “It feels really great to be a part of this tournament; and I am satisfied with my performance”, he said. “I was not intending to attend this event as I had plans to take some rest before the World Series of Poker event in Las Vegas, but I am happy now at my decision.”

The players had a choice of participating in three different conjectures; a Pot Limit Omaha, three No Limit Hold ‘em events and Heads Up, the main event which spread over four days.

The contestants, in that event accosted each other in one-on-one expulsion draws. The aggregate prize pot was brought to $425,000 approximately; with 93 players and the buy-in price of $5,000 per head.

Mr. Kelly Keller, the CEO and President of the Canadian Casino said that the idea of taking home one year’s salary by working for just a weekend brought them out in multitudes. Further, he said, “You’ll never beat Tiger Woods at a round of golf, but on a poker table at any particular day, you can change your destiny if you play with the right strategy.”
